Since childhood, Gijy Williams has been immersed in customer service and entrepreneurialism. In a family of businesspeople, he learned how to be cost-effective and efficient and how customer satisfaction rewards a company.
He began his career in 1994 as an engineer with an MBA and gained over 25 years of experience in customer service and management. With a deep desire to help people, he decided to change his career path. Brainstorming with his family, Gijy asked himself, “What do people need even when times get hard.”
The answer? Insurance. High-quality, affordable insurance that protects their most valuable assets.
Combining his business savvy, passion for service, and entrepreneurial spirit, Gijy founded Chris Ken Services in March 2022. Since then, that small family business has grown to serve six states.
